🛑 4. Unauthorized Shipments & C.O.D. Restrictions
To maintain absolute chain-of-custody tracking and legal processing standards, we enforce an ironclad rule regarding incoming parcels and reverse logistics:
  • C.O.D. Absolute Refusal: We do not, under any circumstances, accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) incoming packages. All packages arriving at our fulfillment warehouses marked as C.O.D. will be instantly refused and returned to the sender at their sole expense.

  • Carrier Tracking Baseline: Package progress estimates are governed entirely by the live tracking updates provided via the courier's network platform. Once a package safely leaves our dock and is successfully scanned into the carrier network, transit delays due to weather, customs, or regional carrier bottlenecks fall under courier custody guidelines.
