Returns & Warranty Policy

I. 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

On-Line orders: We will refund most items within 14 days of order delivery. Simply email us at Sales@porphis.ca . Include your name, your order number and what you would like to return, and we will issue you a return authorization and instructions. This will ensure that there is no confusion or problems with your return.

Please email us first for a return authorization number for all returns of orders placed on-line.

 

To maintain the highest standards of safety and quality control within the automotive refinishing and industrial coating sector, all returns must strictly adhere to the following conditions:

  • Pristine Condition: The item must be completely new, unused, never filled with paint or solvent, and completely free of fluid residues.

  • Original Packaging: The product must be in its original, undamaged retail packaging, including all inserts, manuals, and accessories.

  • Restocking Fee: All eligible and approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount to cover careful inspection and repackaging costs.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Exclusions

To ensure product integrity, the following items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances:

  • All parts kits (including needle, nozzle, and air cap setup kits).

  • All Discount or Sale items

II. Official PORPHIS Manufacturer Warranty

PORPHIS provides a limited manufacturer warranty for all spray gun products covering 12 months from the date of receipt.

1. Warranty Coverage

Under normal use conditions, any failure caused by material or manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced—either with the same model or equivalent parts—free of charge.

Coverage includes:

  • Structural defects of the spray gun body.

  • Internal air or paint leaks present upon delivery.

  • Abnormal spray performance not resulting from physical damage.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The following are strictly not covered under this warranty policy:

  • Normal wear and tear of consumable components (e.g., nozzles, needle valves, and rubber seals).

  • Clogs or fluid delivery damage caused by failure to follow the instruction manual for proper cleaning and maintenance.

  • Malfunctions resulting from the use of non-PORPHIS original parts or aftermarket modifications.

  • Cosmetic or structural damage caused by accidental drops, impacts, workshop misuse, or forced disassembly.

  • Seal failure caused by prolonged soaking of the gun body or internal parts in highly corrosive solvents.

  • Unauthorized disassembly or repair modifications attempted by non‑official personnel.

III. How to File a Warranty Claim

Filing a warranty claim is straightforward and user-friendly. Please follow these steps to expedite processing and minimize your workshop downtime:

  1. Submit the Claim: Contact our dedicated customer service team directly via our website contact form or email us at services@ct-spraygun.com.

  2. Provide Documentation: Include your original order number, product model, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos demonstrating the problem.

  3. Assessment: Our technical support team will assess your claim promptly and respond within 24 business hours to confirm whether the defect falls under warranty coverage.

  4. Resolution: If approved, we will ship the necessary replacement or repair parts to you free of charge. We bear 100% of the shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item. Support continues until your issue is fully resolved.

  • Spare Parts Availability: All high-wear consumable parts are readily available for purchase on our website, ensuring you can quickly service your equipment over its lifetime without ever needing to replace the entire spray gun.
